High Agency Staff
|

E-mail Bart |
Bart Garrison,
CIC - I started my
insurance career in 1985 and joined the High Country Agency in
2005 when my family and I moved to Ruidoso. Believing that it is
important to give back to the terrific community I belong to, I
have served on numerous boards. I am currently a member of the
Ruidoso Rotary Club and serve as the President; First Assembly of God
and serve as the New Mexico District Commander for
Royal Rangers. I truly enjoy Ruidoso and working with this terrific staff. |

| Frank Sayner,
CIC - Prior to joining High Country Agency in
1977, I received my MBA from ENMU
and worked a number of years for a New Mexico bank holding
company. Being fortunate enough to become a resident of Ruidoso
in 1973 has allowed me the opportunity to serve on many Village
Committees and Boards such as the
Chamber of Commerce,
Village Council, Alto
Country Club, Lodger's Tax,
Spencer Theater, Ruidoso
Rotary Club and School
Board. |

E-mail Kathy |
Kathy Yeager,
CIC (Manager) - My first job out of high
school was working as a personal lines insurance underwriter. Ten
years and three children later, my husband and I made a decision
to move to Ruidoso and raise our children in a “small town”
environment. I began my tenure at High Country Agency in 1994 and
became a commercial account representative and producer. In 2001
I earned my
CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation and have been
working in the insurance industry since 1984. The friendly and
inclusive environment in Ruidoso has allowed me to jump right in
and become involved in coaching soccer, serving on the Parks and
Recreation Commission Board, and recently I graduated from
Leadership Lincoln (Class of 2005-2006). |

|
Donna Crandall (Personal Lines CSR) - My name is
Donna Crandall and I have worked at High Country Agency since
July of 2000. I have 22 years experience working in the banking
industry which is where I obtained my insurance license in
1997. Currently I assist customers with their personal lines
insurance needs. I am working towards earning my
CISR designation. With three wonderful children and 3
(almost 4) amazing grandchildren, I am very busy. I have
volunteered since 1989 at the Smokey Bear Stampede as a timer
and have been involved with the Old Lincoln Days Pageant since
1985 (where I am the senior standing can-can girl). There is no
better place to work in Ruidoso than High Country Agency. |

E-mail Debbie |
Debbie Hernandez (Personal
Lines CSR) - My family and I moved to the
Ruidoso area in 1994, and settled in Capitan in 1995. I became
employed at High Country Agency February 2001 as a receptionist
when I was given the opportunity to become an Insurance agent. I
am currently working on earning my
CISR. I am bi-lingual (Spanish) and really enjoy working with
my customers. The friendly community of Capitan allowed me to be
Cub Scout Master for 2 years. I have three children; Dustin,
Victoria, and Joshua who are all very involved with rodeo, 4-H and FFA.
My two oldest children are Cadets at the New Mexico Military
Institute. I love living in these wonderful mountains. |

|
Tammy Chapman (Receptionist and Bookkeeper) - I
have been with High Country Agency since August 2005 and
currently live in Capitan with my daughter Stormi. My activities
include being a member of the Capitan Booster Club, the Capitan
Women's Club, and the Lincoln County Pageants and Festivals
Corp., and participating in The Last Escape of Billy the Kid. I
am a Ruidoso High School alumnus. My job at High Country Agency
is very enjoyable and I enjoy working with the staff. |

E-mail Ashley |
Ashley Holder (Commercial Lines CSR) -
I have been with High Country since
April of 2007, but I already feel like part of the team. I am
grateful to be able to work with the best staff in Ruidoso, and
I greatly enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the office. I am
working towards earning my CISR and hope to one day work in
commercial lines. I devote all of my time to my beautiful son
Kason who is about to celebrate his first. I am truly blessed
to be part of High Country Agency. |

|
Cindy Nowell (Personal Lines CSR) -
I have been with High Country Agency since July
of 2007. I am currently working towards getting my insurance
license. I grew up in Ruidoso and I now live in Capitan. I
have 2 wonderful sons and 1 adorable grandson. I enjoy working
in my yard, playing with my grandbaby and spending time with my
family and friends. I am proud to be a part of High Country
Agency and I really enjoy working with the staff. |

E-mail Dave |
Dave Parks - As a lifelong resident of Ruidoso,
I earned a Master of Science in Education from
Western New Mexico University.
I have been an insurance and real estate agent since 1960.
Being involved in the community is important to me. I have been
a member of the Ruidoso Volunteer Fire Department since 1949 and
have served on the Ruidoso Firewise Group, the Ruidoso Wildland
Urban Interface Committee, the Ruidoso Village Forest Health
Taskforce, the Ruidoso
School Board and many other civic and community activities.
